Why does the Logan time on the ticket show a different time than the customer's terminal?
The scheduled Logan time refers to Terminal A.
Because the coach continues through B1, B2, C, and E, customers traveling to or from a later terminal need to allow additional time for the coach to reach their terminal. C&J notes that traveling through all the terminals can take approximately 15 to 20 minutes, depending on traffic.
Example: If a ticket shows a 5:00 PM Logan time, that is the scheduled Terminal A time. A customer waiting at Terminal C should be prepared for the coach to arrive after the Terminal A time.
