How to View Team Schedules in Paylocity

Agents can view each other's schedules directly in the Paylocity app using the Team Schedule tab. This allows employees to check who is working before requesting a shift swap or looking for someone to cover an open shift.

Steps to View Team Schedules

Open the Paylocity mobile app.
Navigate to Schedules.
Select the Team Schedule tab, which is the second tab.

You should now be able to view team schedules directly in the app.

How Team Schedules Can Help

Use the Team Schedule feature to:

See who is scheduled to work before reaching out about a shift swap.
Identify coworkers who may be available to pick up an open shift.
Coordinate schedule changes more efficiently without having to ask around first.
