What is our refund Policy?
C&J Bus Lines offers flexible cancellation options so passengers can manage their travel with confidence. This policy applies uniformly across all C&J routes. Passengers are encouraged to consider a C&J Travel Credit as an alternative to a cash refund, as credits carry no processing fees and are available immediately upon cancellation.
