MMC Customer Credit + MultiPay

How to Use Customer Credit + MultiPay in MMC

Steps:

  1. Build the reservation
    • Start the reservation as you normally would.
    • Select the customer’s existing account.
  2. Apply Customer Credit
    • BIG IMPROVEMENT: MMC allows us to use an existing customer credit directly as a form of payment at the counter, which is not possible in our current Point of Sale.
    • Select Customer Credit and apply the available credit toward the purchase.
  3. Use MultiPay if needed
    • If the customer’s credit does not cover the full balance, use MultiPay.
    • Select a second payment method to cover the remaining balance.
  4. Complete the transaction
    • Confirm the payment amounts and complete the purchase.
