A bill counter is available at the Portsmouth terminal to verify petty cash bundles and count driver tips being exchanged.

• The bill counter is located on the same counter as the petty cash box.
• The instruction booklet is in the same drawer as the petty cash box.
• Ask for assistance if you need help learning how to use the machine.

Verifying Petty Cash and Driver Tips

When verifying petty cash bundles or counting smaller bills turned in by drivers for exchange:

1. Use the bill counter to verify the bill count.
2. Check the machine's results to confirm the amount is accurate.
3. Use the machine's counterfeit detection feature during the counting process.

Driver Tip Exchange Location

Driver tip exchanges are accepted only at the Portsmouth terminal.

When drivers turn in smaller bills for exchange, use the bill counter to verify the amount and help identify counterfeit bills.
